    Description:
With school holidays slowly winding down, Samsung has discounted a slew of monitors, tablets and phones and here are the best deals weve found.

    FULL STORY ======================================================================

It's that time of year again that parents and students dread it's almost
time to head back to school for the new academic year. Ensuring students are well equipped can prove to be stressful, whether you're a parent or heading
to uni, but thankfully some retailers have introduced back-to-school deals to help save a bit of cash.

Case in point: Samsung. The South Korean electronics giant has kicked off its back-to-school sale in Australia, featuring a slew of deals across mobile phones, tablets, monitors, TVs and even home appliances. While we don't
expect anyone needing a telly to get back to school, getting set up with a
new monitor or tablet can be very handy indeed.

I've trawled through Samsung Australia's online storefront and handpicked
some of the best deals from the brand, concentrating on smartphones, monitors and tablets catering to different budgets ranging from premium to mid-range.

As a teacher or a student, you'll also get access to Samsungs Student Education Store which you can do so with an edu.au email address directly through the portal, or via Unidays and that has additional discounts that
you can take advantage. I've also included those in the deals below.

Be quick, as these deals won't be around for very long, with most ending on February 4, 2026.

This 32-inch 4K display includes a clip-on webcam in the box and Samsungs Smart TV functionality , which could be a suitable all-in-one solution in
case youre shopping for a TV as well. This monitor uses a cheaper VA panel
and has a 60Hz refresh rate, so gamers may want to consider the other
monitors in this list. For this price however, the extra features and 4K resolution is hard to beat. Be quick, though, as this will only be live until January 21. View Deal

This premium 4K gaming monitor from 2024 is a bit overkill for doing schoolwork on, but this superb OLED display with a 240Hz refresh rate will provide a truly premium gaming experience for either PCs or consoles. The AU$500 discount is the biggest in this list, but its still a premium product that you might want to reserve as a reward for good marks. This deal also wraps up on January 21. View Deal

For a fraction of the price of the Odyssey G8 above, this 24-inch 1080p monitor features an IPS panel and a 100Hz refresh rate that also makes it nicer for gaming and creative projects. The Daisy Chain functionality via USB can also make extending displays a breeze if you end up getting at least two of these monitors. Samsung did not provide an end date for this deal, but stocks might not last for long with this sale. View Deal

For the multitaskers, this ultrawide monitor features Thunderbolt 4 connectivity to provide both 90W charging and data transfer at the same time, as well as a built-in KVM switch to make swapping input devices a breeze.
This price point was achieved by using a cheaper VA panel, but a 100Hz
refresh rate and AMD Freesync support makes up for it. Like the first two above, this deal ends on January 21. View Deal

Weve named the Samsung Galaxy A56 the best budget Samsung Phone for 2025 , with its 6.7-inch AMOLED display and 5,000mAh battery enclosed in a glass and metal chassis, trumping the usually plastic-clad phones in this price range. Its Exynos 1580 chipset isnt the best for demanding mobile games, but at this price its hardly a complaint. If you have access to the Student Education Store, the Galaxy A56 is AU$469, or 34% off RRP. This deal will be around for a bit longer, ending on February 2. View Deal

The Galaxy Tab S10 Lite is Samsungs way to provide a budget tablet with S-Pen support for note taking, drawing, maths and more. . While it features an
older Exynos 1380 chip to achieve this price point, it does give the tablet access to features like DeX to provide a desktop experience when plugged into an external display. Through the Student Education Store, this tablet is AU$584. View Deal

The current generation Galaxy Watch has a 11% slimmer body compared to the Watch7 and has new health, sleep, AI features, as well as a built-in running coach. Our reviewer also found the wellness metrics were comparable to a more expensive Garmin watch. Weve seen this cheaper elsewhere in 2025, but this discount is still great value for what youre getting. The Watch8 is also cheaper at the Student Education Store at AU$454.30. View Deal
