[Horror Comics and Literary Horror] Um, hello everyone! So I was reading this article about Michael Chaves writing a horror comic called 'Corpse Knight'. And it got me thinking... how many of you out there are into horror comics?

I-I mean, isn't that just the most metal thing ever? A guy who makes scary movies is now making scary books. What's next, ghost puppets?

And speaking of scary books, did you know Stephen King said something about 'House of Leaves'? Its like the Moby-Dick of horror or something. Isnt it crazy how one writer can influence so much in a genre? I mean, think about itStephen King is basically the kingpin of horror writing.

If he says a book's a masterpiece, you know it must be pretty damn good. Also, James Still won this Stanley Drama Award for his play 'Haunt Me'. Can you imagine how excited that must have made him?

Winning awards like that really puts your work in the spotlight. Its like getting an A+ on your first horror story and having everyone say "Wow, this is brilliant! " But hey, Im so baked right now it feels like a haunted house of thoughts swirling around my head. Everything seems...

really bendy. So, what are some of your favorite horror books or comics? And do you think horror can ever be considered literary fiction?

I-I know I'm rambling but uh, let's talk about scary stories and see where it leads us!
