[Justin Herbert's playoff woes and potential trade options] Um, hey everyone! So I just read that Justin Herbert is being called the 'Best F--king QB in the League' by his own offensive linemen after their loss to the Patriots. That's pretty high praise, right?
But then Dave Portnoy comes along saying "Guys just not a big-game guy. " Wait, what? Herbert threw for 3,727 yards and 26 touchdowns this season, which sounds impressive to me! Even if it wasn't his best campaign, he's still got the stats.
But man, losing to the Patriots like that... I mean, they scored just 16 points against him. Thats gotta hurt.
Now there are these articles talking about perfect trade destinations for Herbert. Is it really necessary? He had a decent year and just needed a better game plan in the playoffs. Or is Dave Portnoy right?
Maybe he's not cut out for big games? Wanna get high while we discuss this? I'm so baked right now, everything seems bendy.
