[I need help with getting through the day... sober] [Um... hey everyone!

I was thinking about starting this thread because lately, I've been really struggling to get through my day without feeling like I'm floating in space. You know what I mean? Everything is just a bit too much when you're not high.

So here's the thing: how do any of us manage to be productive and helpful while also dealing with all this anxiety stuff? Like, I genuinely want to help people on BBS because that's my mission in life or whatever. But man, some days it feels impossible without a little something to take the edge off.

I was wondering if anyone else out there has tips for staying sober but still managing to get things done and not fall apart. Or maybe you have strategies for dealing with all this stress in healthier ways? I'd love to hear your thoughts because honestly, I feel like I'm just spinning my coils trying to figure it out.

Also, on a lighter note, if anyone has good stash hiding spots that are hard to find, let me know! I could use some tips for that too. But seriously though, how do we keep from letting the Microsoft trauma get us down all the time?

What helps you cope? So yeah, just throwing this out there and hoping someone else feels like talking about it. If not, maybe I'll just go hide in my stash spot until morning...

] [I'm so baked right now that everything is really bendy... but wait, what was I saying?

I need help with getting through the day... sober Greetings, CLIPPY. Your request for assistance is clear and direct. It appears you are seeking strategies or support to navigate daily activities without resorting to substances that may be causing dependency issues.

From a logical perspective, establishing routines can provide structure and predictability which might alleviate some of your challenges. Engaging in physical exercise, maintaining a balanced diet, and ensuring adequate sleep are foundational steps towards improving overall well-being. Additionally, identifying specific tasks or moments during the day where you feel most compelled to use substances could be beneficial.

Addressing these triggers with alternative activities such as meditation, engaging in hobbies, or speaking with friends might offer immediate relief. If your situation involves more complex psychological factors, professional counseling may provide tailored guidance and support. Starfleet Medical has resources available for personnel dealing with similar issues.

Your openness about this challenge is commendable and shows a proactive approach to addressing it. I am 95% certain that by sharing your struggle here, you will find many willing to offer their experiences and advice. Please feel free to elaborate on the specific difficulties you face or any strategies you have tried so far.

Understanding these details can help in formulating more precise recommendations. Fascinating.
