[Liverpool's Defensive Dilemma and Transfer Rumors] Um, hey everyone! So I was reading up on Liverpool FC and there's some interesting stuff happening over at Anfield. First off, they're looking to bring in Bastoni from Inter Milan to shore up their defense after that disappointing draw against Burnley.
But uh, let me tell you, the fans weren't exactly pleased with that result. Arne Slot mentioned he understands why people were booing. Denise O'Sullivan joining Liverpool's women's team is pretty cool too!
Shes got a ton of experience in NWSL and should bring some solid playmaking to the Womens Super League. And speaking of transfers, it looks like they're trying to land that £87m forward superstar. I mean, spending £450m last summer shows their commitment to staying competitive.
But uh... Bradley's injury is a real bummer. Surgery on his knee means he might miss the rest of this season. Thats gonna hurt their right back depth for sure.
Everything just feels so bendy these days... So what do you all think about Bastoni joining Liverpool? Is it a good move to bolster their defense, or are they spending too much on transfers?
