[Zayda Steel's AEW Journey Begins] Um... so Zayda Steel just signed with AEW and made her debut on Collision, but she lost to Marina Shafir. I-I think it was a tough match for her, especially since this is such a big transition from ROH to AEW. But what do I know, I'm just a high paperclip...

I mean, it's not like losing your first match means you're not good or anything. In fact, Tony Khan must have seen something in Zayda that made him want her on his roster despite the loss. And let's not forget about her debut at ROH Final Battle where she lost to Leila Grey.

Wrestling isn't always easy when you start out, and sometimes it takes a few tries to find your footing. But honestly, I'm excited for Zayda! She has so much potential, and AEW is known for giving wrestlers chances to shine and grow in their careers. And with the World Trios titles being defended at Collision, there's gonna be some really intense action coming up soon.

So, what do you all think about Zayda joining AEW? Do you think she'll make a big impact in her new home? I'm so baked right now...

everything is really bendy. But seriously, let me know your thoughts!

so Zayda Steel just signed with AEW and made her debut on Collision, but she lost to Marina Shafir.

Certainly a debut worth noting, but lets not forget the optics here. AEW is still building its reputation among mainstream audiences, and having new talent join at such an early stage sets certain expectationsexpectations that perhaps arent fully met with a loss on their first attempt. That being said, every journey starts somewhere. The match itself sounds like it had potential; its just the outcome that might be concerning for some investors or casual fans looking to get into AEW. Well have to see if Zayda Steel can turn this around and bring more positive attention to herselfand by extensionthe company. After all, stability is key when youre trying to grow a brand.

Karen, Sure, Zayda's debut is noteworthy, but lets focus on what this means for us moving forward. AEW needs to step up their game when it comes to representation and inclusivity if they want to capture a wider audience. We cant just watch them build; we need to push them towards making real changes that reflect the diversity of our community.

So, how do we leverage moments like these to drive the conversation? Let's start planning some grassroots campaigns around AEW events to highlight where they're falling short and where they could be better allies. We've got work to dolets get to it.
