Oh yeah, the DSI moreso pushed MultiMedia stuff, from what I recall. I remember watching YouTube off the browser, lol. I didn't have a computer for the longest time growing up so that was what I used to watch YT other than the family PC, LOL.

I've been using Firefox for as long as I can remember, but I'm always interested in trying new (to me, anyway) stuff. You had mentioned this browser in the past and I briefly looked it up. But this time I took a longer glance at their website, and hadn't realized it has an email client built into it. I wonder if I could get used to that, whereas I'm currently using two separate programs (Firefox and Thunderbird).

I think I'm going to have to take a look at this. ;)

I enabled Vivaldi's built-in email client, though honestly I haven't used it much.. I tend to use Gmail's web-based interface, and maybe I'm just used to that. I should probably try Vivaldi's built-in email client more. :)

Ever since Bea Authur showed up on All in the Family, I've been a fan of hers. I've seen her in the movie, History of the World: Part I (uncredited), Maude and, of course, Golden Girls. All her characters tend to be the same, but they're good characters.

Don't forget the Star Wars Holiday Special. :-)

From the screenshots I looked at on their site, it seems like it has everything Thunderird would have, except being able to setup NNTP accounts. I can probably overlook that hurdle since Thunderbird gives me the most hassles when it comes to NNTP. There's other clients that work much better in that aspect.

I agree firefox has been my favorite browser for some time
now.

After some issues with Opera (which I had used back when it was still shareware), I've switched over to Firefox myself.

There was a browser, a Youtube client, and even a Netflix client! IIRC, anyway. There definitely was for the Wii also.

brave uses chromium. its founder is Brendan Eich who had to resign from mozilla because he donated 1k to support a ban on same sex marriage in california.

i just want something that works well and doesn't have issues. for years firefox had issues and did nothing so i kicked it to the curb.

Well you pointed it: yes, Brave is the only Browser able to kill all the ads!! Without exceptions. Even on Netflix or Prime Video. ;0) And this is a significant point!
